High Temperature Siliconizing Sintering Furnace

Purpose:


Siliconizing furnace is mainly used for the liquid phase siliconizing ceramic treatment of carbon carbon composite materials and ceramic matrix composite materials. The process is mainly through the addition of molten or liquid phase to promote the diffusion of powder particles, so as to achieve the sintering and bonding of particles. It has a wide range of applications in metal, ceramics and composite materials.



Features:


The structure is horizontal - single door/double door; Vertical - Top discharge/bottom discharge.


Vertical furnace body, double-layer furnace body structure, water cooling jacket design.


Furnace graphite carbon tube heating body, insulation layer, temperature measurement, monitoring thermocouple, etc.


The discharging and charging tray is installed at the bottom of the furnace and driven by the motor to lift, which is convenient for discharging and charging.


PLC plus touch screen operation mode, alarm function, high automation program, safe and reliable.
