The high temperature equipment of graphitization purification furnace is called high temperature graphitization furnace. Materials that need to be graphitized also include carbon nanotubes, nuclear graphite, natural graphite and artificial graphite. Graphitization refers to the disorderly irregular arrangement of carbon atoms at high temperature into a regular arrangement of hexagonal planar network structure, namely graphite microcrystalline structure, the purpose of which is to obtain graphite high conductivity, high thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, friction resistance and other properties. The graphitization temperature can be as high as 3100℃, the higher the temperature, the more perfect the graphitization microcrystalline structure development, at such a high temperature, other low melting point atoms are discharged in the form of gas, so as to achieve the purification of materials.

Use of graphitization continuous purification furnace:

(1) It can be used for continuous high temperature graphitization purification of graphite powder, and can realize the purification treatment combined with high temperature method and chemical method.

(2) Continuous feeding and discharging at high temperature can be realized, reducing energy consumption and shortening production cycle.

(3) Induction heating, the temperature can reach more than 2850℃.

(4) The combination of high temperature method and chemical method can meet the requirements of high purity treatment.

(5) The efficient filtration system can effectively capture dust and corrosive gases produced in the purification process.

(6) Continuous feeding and discharging at high temperature can be realized, reducing energy consumption and shortening production cycle.
