Fully sealed dust proof structure power cabinet, prevent conductive carbon fiber and conductive dust cabinet with water cooling heat dissipation, no heat exchange with indoor air;
Comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system. Realize the sequence control and interlock protection, early warning and alarm functions of power supply, furnace body, cooling water, protective gas and other devices;
It is cooled by the closed pure water circulation system. The water flow of each waterway is displayed on the touch screen. The primary water circulation system is cooled by stainless steel pipes and deionized water.
Equipped with gas purification device, oxygen content can be reduced to 1PPMV, dew point temperature is less than -80 degrees.
Adopt one tow and two designs to improve production output. There are two types of furnace, horizontal and vertical, to meet different product needs
