Vacuum sintering furnace is a furnace for protective sintering of heated items in a vacuum environment. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps:

‌ vacuum environment ‌ : First, the material to be sintered is put into the furnace, and the vacuum degree in the furnace is reduced to a certain value. In a vacuum, the material is sintered by heating, that is, the powdery material forms a solid mass. At this time, the material will continue to release gas and water vapor, which will be pumped out by the ‌ vacuum pump.

These layers gradually thicken over time, eventually forming a sintered body with a higher density and strength than the original powder.

The structural design of the vacuum sintering furnace is also critical to ensure efficient and safe operation:

‌‌ Heat shield ‌ : The heat shield consists of a round plate and a cylinder shape, which can isolate the heat from the external environment, ensure the safety of the use stage, and avoid energy consumption. The temperature control standard of the heat shield is strict to ensure that the radiation range of the material is reasonable.

‌‌ Low temperature trap ‌ : for ultra-high vacuum or high vacuum systems to ensure combustion efficiency and save time. The low temperature cold trap can quickly remove the air in the furnace to ensure the operation in a vacuum environment and avoid the use of instability.

‌ vacuum measurement ‌ : Regular vacuum measurement to ensure that the furnace is in good working condition. The measurement module can start the alarm system when the error exceeds the safe range, and improve the reliability of the system.
