Classification of vacuum furnaces

Vacuum furnace is a device for heating and processing materials under vacuum conditions, which has a variety of uses, mainly including the following aspects:

1.Vacuum heat treatment: vacuum furnace can be used for vacuum quenching, tempering, annealing and other heat treatment processes of metal materials. In a vacuum environment, oxidation and decarbonization of the material surface can be avoided, resulting in a higher quality treatment result.

2.Vacuum brazing: A welding process in which a vacuum brazing furnace heats a group of welds to a temperature above the melting point of the filler metal but below the melting point temperature of the base metal, using the wetting and flow of the filler metal to the base metal to form a weld

3.Vacuum sintering: vacuum sintering furnace in the vacuum state, the metal powder products are heated, so that the adjacent metal powder grains through the adhesion and diffusion of a method of sintering parts

4.Vacuum magnetization: Vacuum magnetization furnace is mainly suitable for the magnetization of metal materials 4.

5.Other uses: Vacuum furnace can also be used for ceramic firing, vacuum smelting, electric vacuum parts degassing process 4.

These uses of vacuum furnaces benefit from their ability to heat and process in a vacuum environment that effectively reduces the reaction of materials with gases such as oxygen, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of the treatment.
